WHEN DO I PAY?
You're welcome to pay us on the day of your rental. Cash or credit card, no checks accepted,
thanks. This keeps our overhead down, which keeps our rental prices
competitive.
WHO WILL SET UP THE JUMPING CASTLE OR SLIDE?
We will bring the inflatables to your location, set them up, and break them
down for you at the end of your rental.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I MAKE MY RESERVATION?
As soon as you know when your party is! Popular items can book weeks or even
months in advance.
DO YOU PROVIDE POWER/WATER FOR THE INFLATABLES? OR DO I?
All jumping castles and inflatable rentals need a power source to keep them
inflated. A standard household outlet (110) works just fine, or we offer
generators for an additional charge.
You won't need extension cords or other devices, as long as placement can be
made within 80 feet of a home power outlet. Be sure to test your outdoor
outlets by plugging in your phone or other small device. Oftentimes,
homeowners don't realize they aren't active until it's too late! This
matters with placement of the castles or slides, in case a line needs to be
run into the interior of the home.
Water inflatables can be wetted with your garden hose.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY CHILDREN'S SAFETY IN THE JUMPING CASTLES AND
SLIDES?
You are. Part of your rental agreement includes a release of liability for
any injury, should one occur. Jumping castles and slides are made from
strong, soft rubber-like materials, and are by definition soft and safe!
DO YOU HAVE A PERSON WHO STAYS WITH THE INFLATABLE DURING THE RENTAL?
We can provide an attendant to assist in monitoring the save use of the
castle for $10/hr.
WHAT IS MY OBLIGATION AS A RENTER OF A JUMPING CASTLE OR SLIDE?
A responsible adult (usually the person who signs the rental agreement) must
be onhand to supervise the children while the unit is in use. The adult must
know all of the safety rules and enforce them. As the renter, you are
responsible for the safety of both the children and the inflatable.
WHO ARE YOU AND WHY DID YOU START THIS BUSINESS?
We fell in love with jumping castles the first time we rented a unit for our
3 year-old daughter, Marlena. To our surprise our teenage son Christian had
a blast with his friends as well. Since then it has been our pleasure to help
parents find a way to have a great time enjoying the outdoors and exercising
all at the same time. We think you'll enjoy the time with your children and
your JUMPNCASTLE rental as much as we do. Thank you, from the JUMPNCASTLE family.
